To the average person walking by a construction site, it’s easy to be starstruck by the sight of heavy machinery and the sharp sound of tools on steel. But industry insiders know there’s way more than meets the eye and ear. The real and often unseen stars of the show are the countless people on and off the jobsite who work tirelessly around the clock to make their projects and businesses successful. From the architect creating the designs to the inspector ensuring site safety, and from the engineer overseeing constructability to the mechanic installing complex and critical building systems, each individual has a uniquely vital role to play on a project.
