McAlvain Construction broke ground on the newest addition to the North Ranch Business Park in Caldwell, Idaho.
The new 28,243 m2 (304,000 sf) North Ranch Logistics Building will serve as an industrial space and provide the area with a number of new jobs. The building is just another part of the 47 ha (115 acre) mixed-use development, which will also include retail, medical, and office space.
“We are thrilled to be part of the team working on the North Ranch Business Park,” said Jim Rowley, chief operating officer for McAlvain Construction. “The central location and size of the development will be able to accommodate the continuous growth in Caldwell, as well as the surrounding cities of Nampa and Middleton for years to come.”
McAlvain Construction is a Boise-based construction firm and independently managed entity of Big-D Construction. The firm has 14 offices in eight states and has worked with over 50 years of experience.
The North Ranch Logistics Building project is slated for completion later this year.
