The Class-A office tower development project at 1900 Lawrence Street in Denver, Colorado, will begin construction in 2022.

Designed by Goettsch Partners, 1900 Lawrence will offer state-of-the-art office space, featuring expansive ceiling heights and rectilinear floorplates with floor-to-ceiling glass. Multiple floors will include private tenant terraces with views of the Front Range, Coors Field, and Skyline Park. Amenities will include a leading-edge fitness center, multi-use conference facilities, and a tenant lounge with direct access to a landscaped outdoor terrace.

Planned with the latest technology, sustainability, and health and wellness standards in mind, 1900 Lawrence will include hospital-grade ventilation systems and touchless elevator and access control. It will also seek LEED, WELL, and WiredScore certifications.

Totaling over 65,032 m2 (700,000 sf) of office space and 929 m2 (10,000 sf) of retail space, the project is within walking distance of numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment amenities, and provides quick access to I-25.

Riverside Investment & Development Company and Convexity Properties partnered with Canyon Partners Real Estate LLC for the construction of 1900 Lawrence.

The completion for the office tower is set for 2024.
