Arizona’s Southwest Contemporary Women’s Care has contracted Johnson Carlier Construction to take on a two-phase project to rebuild and overhaul its current facility.

The project scope will include an interior remodel of their existing office to reduce waiting areas, maximize new employee break rooms, increase conference rooms and house office, and exam rooms. It will also include the replacement of interior partitions, doors, frames, and hardware.

“Crews will need to work with and beside doctors and nurses daily to make sure that the staff is able to continue to provide the same service patients are accustomed to. Noise compliance, cleanliness and keeping and open walkway between buildings will be at top-of-mind,” stated Johnson Carlier’s Elena Henry, project manager for the remodel.

Phase one will begin on the vacant side of the campus. Once completed, patient services will move to this area so that phase two, located on the currently occupied side, can be completed in its entirety.

The project is anticipated to be complete by the end of July this year.
